 This city is the home town of Takasugi Shinsaku and Kido Takayoshi who was contributed to the Meiji restoration.As for the old streets in this city, only a narrow range is saved.There are a Takasugi Shinsaku's birth place, Kido Takayoshi former residence, a shop of the chinaware and so on.
