 It is a crater lake on the mountain with 400-meter altitude.The vast lake of 44 kilometers around extends over Aomori Prefecture and Akita Prefecture.The water which was flowed from here becomes Oirase-gawa via the Oirase valley stream and flows into the Pacific Ocean.The colored leaves in the autumn is beautiful.
