 "Iwami-Ginzan" is the mine which was mined for 400 years, being discovered in 1526.It is much exported to the foreign countries, too, and in the first half of the 17th century, it says that it occupied 1/3 of the silver which is produced in the world.After closing in 1922, it is saved in the good form of the condition as the ruins.Also, rows of stores and houses on a street around the silver mine, too, are saved in the condition as those days.In 2000, the historic value is admitted and the Iwami-Ginzan ruins are subscribed as the world's cultural and natural heritage and are remarkable.
