 The steep road of the ups and downsBefore, it wasn't so flagrant but it was a little known by the word of mouth.Since introduced on TV, it became a flagrant place.



Location  Hokkaidou Biei-cho
Institution  The simple observatory is near the top on the steep slope.
Traffic  If going from Asahikawa, it runs in the national road 237 number line, and branch-off to the Hokkaidou road 70 number line passes, branch-off to the Mima cow station passes, at once, it turns right at branch-off to the western 11 line to the right and it is about 2 kilometers.
Parking  Two parking spaces are near the top of the ups and downs.
