 It is the park which views Tahsueh Shan type to the opposite side at Kamikawadowntown. There is an observatory in the hilltop with slight elevation.

Traffic  If going from Asahikawa City, it is about 40 kilometers in the national road 39 numberline. The park entrance is careful because it is narrow in the steep slope.
